There are various web and telephone scams in circulation which involve third parties pretending to work for real companies contacting individuals by phone or email with the intent of defrauding them.

We urge all customers to be vigilant for such activity to ensure that they do not fall victim to such behaviour. If you are uncertain that the person contacting you is from Vacationxpert, please end the conversation with them and get in touch with Vacationxpert through our official contact channels on this site.

When using websites, please check the security of the website you are using and that it is indeed the website address you intended to visit. Please be advised that we will only ask you to leave contact details on our official website Vacationxpert.co.uk and not on any other 3rd party websites.

Be vigilant for phishing emails. All of our emails are sent from @Vacationxpert.co.uk. If you receive an email from someone using an @gmail email address or any other email address, which has Vacationxpert elsewhere in its name, please note that this will not be an official Vacationxpert email communication and we would advise you to report such emails as phishing attacks to your email provider. You should only respond to emails that come from an @Vacationxpert email address.

If you do receive a suspicious call or email from a third party we advise you to capture as much information about the contact as possible e.g. email address, phone number, website, and report it to the police and action fraud.
